Agreement
By accessing or using a Visyn Studio service, you agree to these terms. If you use a service for a business, you represent that you can bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, safeguarding your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse our services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law or third-party rights, distribute malicious code, or use the services to harm others.
Your content and data
You retain ownership of content and data you submit. You give us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that material to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for information you provide.
Third-party platforms
Some products integrate with third-party platforms such as Shopify. Your use of those platforms is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, changes, outages, or actions outside our control.
Fees and cancellation
Fees, billing periods, trials, and cancellation terms will be presented before you purchase or install a paid service. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may stop using a service at any time, but amounts already due remain payable.
Our services
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide dependable services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visyn Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability relating to a service will not exceed the amount you paid us for that service during the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your misuse of the services, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these terms, create risk or legal exposure, or fail to pay amounts due. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version and update the date above. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
