Where do I find my myshopify.com address?
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings › Domains. Your permanent address ends in .myshopify.com, and it stays the same even if your store uses a custom domain.
Will you need access to my store?
Sometimes, so we can see a problem for ourselves. We request collaborator access through Shopify, and nothing happens until you approve it. If we ask for a collaborator request code, you’ll find it under Settings › Users › Security. You can review or remove our access at any time from Settings › Users.
How do I uninstall an app?
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings › Apps, open the menu next to the app, and choose Uninstall. If something isn’t working, let us know first — it’s often a quick fix.
How does billing work?
Pricing, trials, and cancellation terms are shown before you install or buy, as set out in our Terms. If a charge looks wrong, submit a ticket with the “Billing question” topic and we’ll sort it out.
Can I get a copy of my data, or have it deleted?
Yes. Choose “Data or privacy request” above, or email us. We may need to confirm it’s really you before we act on it. Our Privacy policy explains what we hold and why.
